Payment is required in full before we begin processing your application. We accept bank transfer, Zelle, and other payment methods as communicated during the onboarding process. All fees are in US Dollars (USD).

The guarantee does not apply if the rejection was caused by: inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, failure to submit required documents, changes in IRS policy, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

ITIN Plus's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
